Clegg saved the day! Best experience I’ve ever had at an auto body shop. They were fast, friendly, and the price was way lower than expected. Highly recommend! We will definitely be using them again.

This shop has been absolutely amazing! Their communication is great, they keep me updated every step of the way so I have never felt out of the loop! They’ve been quick with getting things done and have been so sweet, patient and easy to work with. It’s rare to find a place that makes car repairs feel stress free but they really really do. Highly recommend them to anyone who wants fast, honest, and genuinely kind service! Will be coming here for all future repairs!

Update: they fixed the light and tailgate. Bumper is still off, but that’s the insurances fault. I can’t say enough good things about the customer service! Great people really. I’ve had great experiences with the machine shop in the past. So I thought I would try them out. Overall, they did an OK job. My complaints are just minor details. It sucks because they really did a good job. But every time I look at my truck, I see the little things they didn’t critique and that’s all I can see.😂 I’ll have pictures below. The tailgate doesn’t close like it used to. My tail light isn’t flush with my bed anymore. My bumper either isn’t level either.

I was parked in a parking lot and a little girl swung her door open and hit my new car, it scrapped the paint off all the way to the metal. The young family that hit my car was not in a position to pay, so we met at Clegg’s and they were able to buff out the scratch almost completely! No charge to me or the family that hit my car. Carly and Bree were so kind and helpful through the whole process. They also helped me get a dealer decal off my new car, at no charge! Wow, these guys are so AWESOME and I will definitely bring my car here if I need any auto repairs. THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!

We were updated along the way letting us know where we were at with working with the insurance company, receiving parts and also the time frame of the repair. Clegg worked well with our insurance and me. They were personable and professional. Every cost was covered after the deductible- even after finding a little more damage than was originally anticipated. The car was in the shop about 10 days – and though that was longer than I had hoped, their office lady Carly called each Tuesday and Thursday to update me on the progress. And since I didn’t have rental insurance they lent me a car while my own was in the shop. My car looked great when completed-the whole interior had been cleaned as well!

I had a great experience with Clegg Auto when I brought my highlander for repairs. They did a really solid job, everything was handled professionally and with care. Cary was especially awesome, always keeping me updated on the progress and making sure I understood what was going on. They went that extra mile and really made a difference. Super happy with how everything turned out and would definitely do business with them again. Highly recommend!

Clegg Auto Body was awesome!!! They were kind, professional, they explained the process well and fixed my Ford Maverick in under a week and even had to wait for parts. It looked brand new when I picked it up and I haven’t had any problems with it. They even cleaned it. I’d definitely use them again and recommend others to do so. Clegg Auto Body repaired my car after a car accident. They were friendly and knowledgeable in getting estimates for the repair. They submitted the estimates quickly to insurance and got approval in a timely manner. They called every couple of days to give updates on the repairs. The process was so smooth and my car looks good as new. I was also able to have rental car pickup and drop off at their shop. Using their shop was the best and most convenient decision I made.

From the moment I walked in with my complicated Fender Bender problem, That was promptly and courteously diagnosed, and a clear Plan of Action laid out for me, to the escorted inspection of my cleaned and perfectly restored daughter’s car, Who’s Now best Thing about It, was what “Clegg Auto” Just fixed. The Experience of a “In Sync Front Desk” and the Sherlock Holmes problem solving that comes from a tight knit crew, that is concerned about Your Customer satisfaction, can never be over appreciated. There is a reason this place has 5 stars. Our experience was top notch from the moment we called following an accident until we got the car back earlier than expected. Honestly, it looked better than we hoped for. The staff are upbeat, competant, and cheerfully answered all of my many many questions throughout the process. I hope I don’t have any more accidents, but if I need work done again, it will be at Clegg Auto Body.

Out of all the service industries I have dealt with, this company has the best customer service that I have ever experienced. I had two accidents in a two month period and they did perfect work both times. They actually go above and beyond to satisfy any questions or concerns. I recommend them to my family and friends and I will be back if the need ever arises again.

I apologize for the length of this in advance- I own a 25 year old car, i had watched for years for this exact car with a clean body and finally found it. A week after buying it some sweet old lady decided to back into it. I took it to cleggs because it’s about 4 blocks from my construction site (spanish fork/Mapelton water treatment facility) which in turn is a hour and a half north of my home. They were super polite and helpful, it didn’t matter that I have never dealt with insurance, getting cars repaired, or, even renting a car, because they took care of basically everything and didn’t make me feel stupid while explaining and helping me through the process. They arranged the pickup of the rental and gave me a ride to enterprise to pick up my rental car which later was totalled in ANOTHER accident (yeah, bad luck with cars for a month so my patience and nerves were thin) but thank God for cleggs. They called me on the same day every week to give me updates on my car (huge thing to me) and were always so polite and answered any questions I had. When my car was finished it looked like new, absolutely amazing, not to mention i was able to cancel my appointment the following week to have it detailed as they returned it completely detailed, outside and INSIDE ! They arranged for me to drop the rental off at their shop when I picked my car up (another huge help). About halfway home i realized I left my 8 year olds cash in the rental car he had earned selling chocolate for a school fundraiser, i called cleggs who informed me the rental agency had just picked the keys up. The girl at cleggs said “hold on, I will try to catch them!” I literally heard her slam the phone down and run out the door after my rental car to retrieve my boys money. She got it and I was able to pick it up the next day. Im from the country so it goes without saying I’m fairly simple, the small, stupid little things nobody thinks about makes a astronomical difference and because cleggs in Spanish fork is run by a bunch of down to earth, decent, kind employees, those simple, small, stupid things are at the top of their priority list. It feels more like family than a business at cleggs in Spanish fork and I couldn’t be happier with my experience there. Well……… unless they gave you a free black cleggs auto t-shirt with your repair, then I might be happier haha. (What can I say, they are good looking shirts 🤷‍♂️😂) Thanks so much guys ! The service and work at Clegg Auto Body are unmatched. They were so patient with two insurance companies involved and an emotional customer (me!). They were caring and kind and our car looks fantastic. We asked them to do some “out of the norm” things and they were happy to give us a quote all the different ways we asked for work to be done. I won’t ever go to any other auto body shop, even if they’re considered out of network for the involved auto insurance. I’d give them 6 stars out of 5 if that were possible!

Clegg’s was very professional and did fantastic work on my wife’s truck. It looks better than it did from the factory. They went above and beyond and fixed multiple rock chips that they didn’t charge for. I have another truck that needs some body work so I’ll be dropping that off next week. I highly recommend Clegg’s for all your auto body needs!

My experience was as others have said. They stay is welcoming, very helpful in explaining the process, and they follow up when they say they will. My repair work was not major, but they provided suggestions on how I might address paint peeling off my car without paying for an entirely new paint job.

After getting 3 estimates and looking at the reviews from other body shops I decided to take my SUV to get a frontal damage repair to Clegg Auto Body Shop. I am very pleased with the end result the only thing I was not totally happy with was the time it took to fix it. It took a week, I understand that they need to order the parts but I didn’t like to be without my car for so long. My car looks like it did when I first bought it. They also detailed the interior. I was very happy

Clegg’s auto is awesome! Judd Clegg is a very helpful person who really cares. He left a meeting and met me after hours to help with my car towing situation and repairs have always been perfect!

I chose to take my car to Clegg’s Auto Body because the staff there were very courteous and helpful and they were also the most affordable. I got two other estimates in the area that were significantly higher. They completed my vehicle in a timely matter and the work they did was exceptional! The customer service there is excellent, and the people working are genuinely happy. I highly recommend them.

Got me in really quick and did a great job. Kept me in the loop with every detail of the transaction between them and the 3rd party insurance company. I was surprised to get my vehicle back as quickly as I did along with it being completed detailed. Great place, great people and would recommend them to my closest friends without hesitation.

My in laws have been coming here for all their repairs so when I had to choose a place to have my car fixed after my accident, I figured I’d give Cleggs a shot. Best customer service. They helped me get a ride home after dropping off my car, they sent me updates via text, they gave my kid a popsicle and drink while he waited with me. Honestly, if you need your car fixed, look nowhere else.

Our van was totaled in a fender bender. Cleggs went above and beyond to find us discontinued parts, to work with our insurance, to make sure everything was in good order, so we could keep it and avoid having to buy a new vehicle. My truck had rust on both sides of the bed. Clegg replaced the bedsides and painted them to match the rest of the truck. They did an excellent job and in a timely manner. I highly recommend their wok.

We’ve had Clegg Auto Body do work for us a few different occasions and we have been very impressed with their excellent work and professionalism. They also take time to make sure that the customer is given updates on the status of their car. I would highly recommend them.
