Why Did We Become Employee Owned?

Problem Statement

Businesses in the world today generally focus more on numbers than people and you can feel and see the impacts.  What we are seeing in the world today:

  • The Care Factor is declining rapidly 
  • Employees are dissatisfied with their jobs 
  • Customers are surprised when they are treated well…it’s no longer an expectation. 
  • Business valuation is more important that profits or people and very short term focused 
  • Businesses are built to be sold – not sustained

Our Fix

We’re on a mission to invite more people to embrace the more ownership movement and increase the care factor so that:

  • Employees are actively encouraged to focus and spend time on the things they care about most.
  • Employees are provided more opportunities, training, and support to improve their personal, professional, and financial well-being.
  • Businesses are designed to maximize the employee and customer experience.
  • Customers can experience what it’s like to actually be served by people who care.

So we’ve launched a more ownership movement with a new mindset that increases the care factor and helps transform the way business organizes and operates in the world!

Results So Far

We transitioned our company to an Employee Owned Trust in 2022. In the years since, we’ve seen the highest customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction since our first company was started in 1998. Employee ownership creates better results for everyone. We now want to see these benefits spread across the globe.

What’s Next

We intend to acquire and transition more small businesses into our trust and consult with others that want to create their own Employee Owned Trust.  Ultimately we would like to see employee ownership become more mainstream in the world as an operating business model.
